By designing around airflow, size, atmosphere, rhythm of use, and aromatic direction, the composition integrates naturally into the space and holds its character as it diffuses.

Each system is condition-specific. No two are the same.

HOW IT WORKS

1. You define your space

You complete the Zelva Bespoke Profile, describing how your space holds air, how it shifts throughout the day, and how you intend to use scent within it.

Personal preferences and exclusions are applied as design constraints to refine the system for a more precise and personally aligned experience.

2. A system profile is generated

Based on your inputs, the system generates a proposed composition using only pure essential oils, along with a descriptive profile defining how the blend is designed to behave in your space.

3. Your Blend is issued

Your unique Blend ID is created and linked to your system profile. This measure ensures accuracy, traceability, and future consistency.

4. Your system is reviewed and finalised

Once unlocked and purchased, the formula is reviewed and validated against your spatial conditions.

5. Your system is hand-crafted

Your final blend is prepared, following the validated formula designed specifically for your space.

DESIGN & PREPARATION

Each bespoke system is individually evaluated and test-balanced before final blending. This design and preparation process takes up to 5 working days, after which your system is dispatched according to standard shipping timeframes.

Use according to your issued System Profile.

Recommended drop range and diffusion rhythm are provided with your blend.

Adjust only within the advised range to preserve designed behaviour.
