Our Bespoke System creates a botanical blend that’s uniquely yours.

In under three minutes, you’ll complete a short scent architecture study exploring your space, the atmosphere you’d like to create, when you’ll use your blend, your scent preferences and any botanical notes you’d prefer to avoid.

Your responses are used to create a personalised botanical composition, balancing performance, character and personal preference into a blend designed specifically for you.

You’ll receive your botanical profile immediately on screen and by email, complete with your unique Blend ID, botanical composition, a detailed description of your blend and guidance on how it’s designed to perform within your space.

Creating your botanical profile is completely free. You can create as many Bespoke Systems as you like for different spaces, states or sensory experiences, and order your blend whenever it feels right for you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create your profile

You complete the Zelva Bespoke Profile, describing the space, how air moves through it, when you’ll use the blend, the atmosphere you want to create and any scent notes you prefer to avoid.

2. Your botanical profile is created

Based on your answers, the system creates a proposed botanical composition using only pure essential oils, along with a written profile explaining how the blend is designed to behave in your space.

3. Your Blend ID is issued

Your unique Blend ID is linked to your botanical profile, so your composition can be referenced or recreated for future orders.

4. You decide whether to order

Your profile is free to create. If the blend feels right for you, you can continue and place your order.

5. Your blend is reviewed and hand-blended

Once ordered, your formula is reviewed and prepared by hand in our Melbourne studio.

Each Bespoke System is individually reviewed and prepared after purchase.

Please allow up to 5 working days for blending and preparation before dispatch.

DIFFUSER USE & DURATION

Use according to your issued System Profile.

Recommended drop range and diffusion rhythm are provided with your blend.

Adjust only within the advised range to preserve designed behaviour.

Each 15 mL bottle provides approximately 40–70 diffusion sessions, depending on drop count and frequency of use.
